Computer systems can be dropped off at my location, if shipping is involved, return shipping will be an additional cost.
Software based repairs are warrantied for 30 days. If I'm replacing hardware, I strive to purchase hardware with 3-5 year warranties. I will work with the manufacturers on your behalf to make sure any warranty claim goes smoothly.
